Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days): Available on all domestic US orders. Free on orders of $50 or more. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $50.

Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee based on your location and order weight.

Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available on select orders. Must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to guarantee next-day delivery.

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or high order volume are outside our control. Rooted Alkaline is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are billed and shipped automatically on your chosen monthly cycle. Your first shipment goes out within 1 to 2 business days of your initial purchase. Subsequent shipments are processed on the same calendar date each month.

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations requested after billing has processed will take effect on the following cycle.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.

Refund conditions:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of return approval.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).
  • Opened products are eligible for return under the 60-day guarantee. You do not need to return an empty bottle.
  • Subscription orders are eligible for a refund on the most recent charge only, unless otherwise agreed upon by our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
